Since the bank in Curacao does not accept checks issued by banks from some neighboring islands any more, applicants from other islands in such circumstances should transfer the accurate amount of fee to the bank account of the Chinese Consulate General, and then mail the transfer receipt (issued by the bank counter) together with application materials to the consulate address (Schottegatweg Oost 32, Willemstad, Curacao).
